Step 1. Paint other nails and leave an accent nail.
Step 2. Add four arrows that point inward.
Step 3. Add extra arrows outside of previous arrows, then add a dot in the middle.
Step 4. Place more arrows in-between the first arrows.
Step 5. Add lines to connect the arrows, then add extra dot in the middle.
